VAT Calculations on invoices: Problem:
Many clients are questioning the calculation of VAT on credit for deposits paid
earlier. To illustrate the issue please look
at the following example calculation: Invoice 1 :

Many
clients object to this, as they claim, that instead of the original R 570,-
deposit, only R 500,- was credited. As
an illustration, let us rewrite the second invoice:
Minus deposit paid: R 570,-
Amount due: R 455.56 As you may
see, the result is the same.
